July 4th Pinterest Board

If you do not know about Pinterest, please let me introduce you.  It is wonderful!  How do I explain this?  It is an online pegboard or scrapbook.  You see something online that you want to remember.  You do not have to make a hard copy to stick in a drawer never to be seen again.  You “pin” the picture to one of your “boards”, and then you can go back to the original source anytime you want.  Perhaps you can think of it as a filing cabinet online.

This is part of my Fourth of July board.

This is what Pinterest has to say:

The most exciting thing about Pinterest is the way people use it to do more in their lives. Whether you’re looking for a cool new kitchen table, preparing a special meal, or planning a vacation; knowing the origin of a pin, where to learn more about it, or how to buy what’s pictured is an important part of making Pinterest useful for you. We also want to try to give credit where credit is due. That’s why we’ve always tried to include attribution and direct links to sources of content.

What this means to me is, when I see a pictured recipe or a saying, or a decorating idea, etc., I “pin it” to one of my “boards”.  Then I can always go back to the original source for the recipe or complete description of the idea.

I sign in with Facebook, but you can also sign in with an email account.

Fourth of July will be here before you know it.  I met Ever-Lovin’ on the Fourth of July, so to me, it is a major holiday!  I have pinned several ideas on my July 4 Pinterest board.  I am beginning to make our plans.   Thought you might like some inspiration also.  Do check out my board and look around for other ideas.

Here is a table I did a couple of years ago.  I added it to this post, and then I will pin it onto my July 4 board.  When you see it on Pinterest, you can click on it, and it will take you back to this post.  Comprehend??

Happy Pinning,

Blessings to you and yours,
