Coconut lovers unite!  Have you heard about the Blue Bell Dipped Fruit Bars – specifically the coconut fruit bars?  If not, let me share.

Sweet Mother of Pearl – These coconut fruit and dairy bars that are dipped in dark chocolate flavored coating are beyond wonderful.

Good friend Mrs. Ralph raved about these bars from the Little Creamery in Brenham,  and she shared them with us one evening.  Now I am addicted.

Do you like Mounds?  If so, you will love these frozen treats that are made with real coconut.

When you first bite into the rich dark chocolate coating, you think you are eating an ice cream bar, and then you realize that the dairy bar is filled with coconut also.  Yummy!
