Inside the High Street Antique Mall on Central Expressway /US75 is one of the best tearooms in the Metroplex – Chocolate Angel Cafe and Tearoom.  (High Street Antiques is located across the freeway from Collin Creek Mall.)

In the past, I have written about Jenny’s wonderful baby shower that was held in this tearoom, but… I feel you need to know about their Sunday Brunch.

A Sunday Brunch Buffet is served each Sunday (duh!)  beginning at 11:00 AM.  Sweet Mother of Pearl.  This brunch is humongous – they serve hot entrees, salads, fresh baked goods, and you even get complimentary mimosas. (Or orange juice if you prefer.)  You can make reservations, and that might be a good idea.

If you want crispy Belgium waffles with strawberries and cream, they will make you one.

Omelets are also made to order.

In addition to the breakfast offerings, there is a full buffet of hot entrees, vegetables, and delicious salads.  It was  interesting – what was offered on the table changed throughout the meal.  The menfolk enjoyed the brunch every bit as much as the ladies.

It was good to see the Strawberry Pretzel Salad available.  Yummy!  I think this is almost like a dessert.

We even enjoyed seeing some sweet friends.  As you can see, there are plenty of delicious choices offered.

Be sure to save room for dessert.  The Chocolate Angel makes some of the best pies in the Metroplex.  Other dessert choices include cookies, cakes, and cupcakes.

For under $20.00 You can enjoy all this food in a charming relaxing setting.

Wow!  We were even serenaded as we dined.  Sunday Brunch at the Chocolate Angel Cafe and Tearoom is a good thing.
